Our past relationships and love stories can have a serious impact on our relationships, overall health, and wellbeing.
Patterns can manifest in many different ways. Our much earlier years, attachment styles, the end of a relationship, divorce, betrayal, emotional abuse, gas lighting, controlling behaviour, ghosting and abandonment create and contribute to our love wounds.
This can lead to or increase beliefs and behaviours like mistrust, anxiety, shame, guilt, avoidance, fear of vulnerability, fear of intimacy, insecurities, a lack of confidence, low self-worth, and low self-esteem. Emotional imbalances over a period of time can also be the cause of some physical pain and discomfort.
When we integrate mind and body practices and therapies, we can change our unconscious psychological behaviours and beliefs. From our physical and energetic body, trauma and emotional blockages are released.
Most of your beliefs, patterns of behaviour, and ways of relating are formed in your earlier years, typically by the age of 7. These are moulded by the significant people in your life, usually primary caregivers. However, these patterns are not set so you have the ability to change your unconscious beliefs, behaviours and habits.
The three levels of awareness:
The conscious mind contains all the thoughts, memories, wishes, feelings, ideas, plans, logic and rational thinking of which you are aware of at any given moment. An example of the conscious mind is choosing a restaurant for a romantic dinner. You are fully aware of what you are doing.
The subconscious is the part of the mind that is not currently in focal awareness. It allows you to do things that you don’t have to think about consciously and allows you to alter them when you bring them into your full awareness or consciousness. Breathing is a good example of subconscious behaviour. Most of the time you breath automatically, when you choose to put focus on your breathing, you can change the speed and the depth.
The unconscious mind is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, beliefs, long term memories, desires, fears, phobias, repressed pain and trauma. These are the responses that are not available for introspection and cannot be deliberately brought to the surface, these are automatic processes. Current scientific estimates 95% of brain activity is unconscious. An example of unconscious behaviour is if you don’t feel like you are enough or not loveable, you may have a pattern of attracting undesirable relationships.
The body holds the score:
The end of a relationship, mistrust, emotional abuse and betrayal as examples, all have a negative impact on the mind as well as the body. These experiences are traumatic events, they are felt in the body and "stored" in the body. Everything that happens to us emotionally and psychologically also happens to our bodies, everything is connected. Trauma and stress can eventually manifest into physical symptoms. These symptoms are felt even when we are not consciously thinking about the traumatic event.
Part of the work that we will do together is to help you access, release, unlock and transmute your unconscious patterns, emotional blocks and beliefs that are negatively impacting your physical wellbeing.
Intuition and instinct are mind and body. When clients have been in emotionally abusive relationships the ability to trust in themselves and the decisions they make can become more difficult. I always check with clients how they feel about their level of self trust. If this has been adversely affected then I will work with the client to help rebuild these very important and valuable tools.

Session times, vary from 60 – 120 minutes depending on the content, modalities, and techniques.

The entire programme can be offered over Zoom.
My practice is located at Selnaustrasse 15, 8001 Zurich. Central Zurich, 7 minutes’ walk from Paradeplatz.
It is possible to combine Zoom and Practice visits.
Sometimes the sessions are outside when the weather is good.
There is an option for office and home visits.
Through my mind-body approach, beliefs and patterns are changed, you discover a renewed sense of self, regain your confidence, realise your self-worth, increase communication and open to a life and love the way you really want it to be.
My mentoring services are highly personalised and bespoke. All sessions are 1:1 with me, there is no online programme or content to complete. We will discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve in a specific time frame. Only at that point can I share with you the pricing options.
