Through identifying and releasing my self sabotaging patterns, my life and my romantic world opened up in ways I did not think were possible.
Standing here in the truth of who I am and having a husband by my side that accepts me fully as I am is incredibly liberating.
My self-worth, confidence and intuition are fully restored.
Working on my inner landscape and transforming my own relationship pain was when the magic started to happen. It transformed not only whom I was attracted to, it positively affected many layers of my life and the other relationships around me.
My passion for mind-body healing and travel took me to four continents. I spent almost four years living out of a suitcase between Australia and Asia with further training in the US and Europe.
I combine science and spirituality and have extensive international experience with clients (executives and C-suite), training and research.
I was born in 1975 and raised in the UK with Swiss roots, speaking English and Swiss-German. Since 2012 I'm based in Zurich and Baar. I love sailing, and epic outdoor adventures with my husband. Cooking for family and friends, reading, travelling, well-being - enhancing my skills and experiences.

6 years as a strategic adviser, consultant and mind-body therapist to international entrepreneurs.
